Nichole Ream Payments accepted during regular borough office hours 8-4. Appointments can be arranged by e-mail. The Tax Collector collects the Real Estate, Occupational, Earned Income Tax, and Per Capita Taxes on behalf of the Borough. Ebensburg implements a two-tier real estate tax.
