Zoning Hearing Board

The Zoning Hearing Board is a three-member quasi-judicial board, appointed by Council, to hear appeals on the validity of the zoning ordinance or any decision of the Zoning Officer (Borough Manager Dan Penatzer). The Zoning Board has the power to grant variances and special exceptions to the ordinance.

The Zoning Hearing Board conducts hearings on the 4th Wednesday
of each month, as necessary.
