WHEN DO I NEED A BUILDING PERMIT?

A building permit is required for most construction activities to a building. Anytime the structure itself is being modified, repaired, or enlarged a permit is required. HOW DO I APPLY FOR A BUILDING PERMIT?

Applications for building permits can be picked up at the borough office or Click Here To Download An Application. The completed application is then filed at the borough office, where it is later reviewed by the codes enforcement officer.
